Welcome to week two of building a better body. Hopefully last week you got two 30 minute sessions at a time that was convenient for you.

If you’ve been struggling to get through the sessions and your days got away with you, here’s a little tip for you: set your alarm 30 minutes earlier twice a week, change into your workout clothes right away, and start exercising right away. You’re less likely to leave your workout gear on all day, especially if you wear shorts. I also don’t eat breakfast until I’ve worked out and most of the time I’m starving so I have to catch the session or no breakfast!
