Nominations were open to arts and business organizations nationwide for the 2022 Business for the Arts Awards.

The awards aim to encourage the patronage of the arts by recognizing partnerships between businesses, artists and arts organizations, including
run new work, internal arts initiatives within the business, and sponsor community programs.
The awards will be announced at an event on September 20 at the National Concert Hall
Sponsors include Accenture, Arthur Cox, daa, ESB, Irish Life, The Arts Council of Ireland and TileStyle.
Winners include Iarnród Éireann/Irish Rail, An Post, Flogas, Grant Thornton, Dublin Port Company, Irish Film Institute and the Naughton Foundation.
Business to Arts research in 2020/21 among corporate sponsors found that 9.68 million euros had been invested in the arts in the previous two years, with most donors citing involvement. Employee engagement is the main driver of their sponsorship.
