Busking on Grafton Street: Glen Hansard runs the annual Christmas Eve Busk charity

At the top of Grafton Street, the annual Christmas Eve Busk charity has started in earnest.

his year frame Frontman Glen Hansard and his band of merry carol singers have set up a stage in front of Dublin’s famous Gaiety Theatre.

A huge crowd has gathered over the past hour for one of the capital’s most popular festive events, while also raising much-needed donations for the Simon Community.
