Call for identification of men in connection with attack in Brighton

POLICE are looking for two men after an attack and theft at a Sainsbury’s bar.

The incident happened at around 6.15pm on September 8th at a supermarket in Western Road, Brighton.

PC Andrew Misrahi of the Business Crime Team said: “A group of men were seen entering the Brighton store.

“Two were seen taking items from the shelves and then attempting to leave the store.

“They were challenged by a staff member who was then attacked.

“We have now released CCTV images of two men we wish to speak to in relation to this incident.

“Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information identifying the men is asked to come forward.”

Information can be reported to Sussex Police online or by calling 101 quoting serial number 418 dated 09/09.
