Car park near Harrods for sale for a whopping £85,000

A CAR LOT near Harrods has hit the market for a whopping £85,000 – but there’s a catch.
The single car park in Knightsbridge, London is tiny, not even the UK average for spaces.
This small problem could cause a big headache for its new owner if he is not an experienced driver.
The awkward spot is sandwiched between two other spaces that are just as painful to maneuver into.
Pictures show the current owner’s attempts to protect his car from scratches and dents with a wall-mounted foam bumper.
At just 2m wide and 5.5m long, the width is well below the standard UK parking space which is 2.4m wide and 4.8m long.
The vacant lot is in a parking garage between Rutland Gate and Ennismore Mews.

Potential buyers need to check if their car will fit before buying.
But there is a small area carved into the wall so at least the driver can jump out of the car.
Once you know the car will fit, any attempt to squeeze into that spot requires extreme caution.
Accordingly right movementKey features include CCTV and automatic security gate, 960 year lease and fob entry.
The website states: “With two automatic gates operated by key fobs and CCTV surveillance, the garage is considered very secure.
