Cardi B has won her defamation lawsuit after being dismissed by a judge.
The 29-year-old rapper was sued after her sister Hennessy Carolina bumped into a man wearing a MAGA hat [Donald Trump’s Make America Great Again slogan] and two others in an incident where the star was not present.
It all started in September 2020 in the Hamptons, New York, when Hennessy and her friends were driving to Smith Point Beach and two men and a woman had an argument about where they parked their car.
She filmed an argument with them, during which she and the woman berated each other and told the other to “shut up.”

The three people alleged that Hennessy spat on one of them and behaved in an abusive and threatening manner.
The lawsuit also alleged that Hennessy called the group “racist MAGA supporters” and that the term “racist” was defamatory.
Cardi wasn’t there but later tweeted the video, claiming her sister and friends were targeted for being Afro-Hispanic and gay.
The three beachgoers sued for defamation as well as assault and assault, but a New York trial judge dismissed the case. TMZ reports.

The judge said the insults were all generic and did not reach the level of defamation.
The alleged spitting was the basis of the assault and assault lawsuit, but the judge said even if Hennessy spat, there was no evidence she intended to attack any of the plaintiffs.
And the judge found that the plaintiffs never claimed that this was Hennessy’s intent.
Meanwhile, Cardi recently gave fans a peek inside her six-month-old son, but told them “that’s all you get.”

She has kept the son she shares with rapper husband Offset, 30, out of the public eye but recently shared a close-up picture of the little one’s eye, complete with gorgeous long lashes.
“This is all y’all gonna get,” she captioned it, referring to fans’ requests for a picture of her son.
However, the couple have happily shared pictures of their daughter Kulture over the years.
