Carol showed off her stunning curves in a black and red swimsuit as she took in the stunning view.

Shad is staying at Juicy Oasis in Portugal, owned by Jason Vale, who has a fan following known for his full-juice diet.

During her life, Carol walked up to 16 miles a day as she took in the peaceful local scenery.

She recently revealed that she walked an incredible 180 miles on a wellness retreat.

She captioned the footage: “Back to Juicy Oasis….
@jules_sammy_sampson and I will be out soon for a 7/8/9 mile walk in the freezing cold, back for the first juice of the day and an hour in the big hot salt bath downstairs in the spa… I could spend all day in that huge pool chatting in the dim light.

“After that, we went for another 7/8 Mile walk. Then a juice at lunchtime … and on and on. Absolute heaven.”
