The Countdown legend, 61, posted a series of images from a remarkable trip in Portugal.

Along with a photo of her walking gear, the TV star wrote: “A lovely 12-mile hike (my favorite hike ❤️👌🏼) in Portugal… ..only one several cars along the way… everyone was waving… so happy
❤️

“Me and my partner totaled 70 miles on her apple watch this week.

“Ha. 70 Miles in a week… not bad.”

And one person replied: “Amazing views 😍”

Carol – the only star to win the Back of the Year award twice – often shows off her body age-defying curves on Instagram.

She celebrate her 61st birthday, falling on Christmas Eve, by posing in light-catching PVC leggings, telling fans: “My glass overflows with MOJO.”

Earlier this year, the star was named Kim Kardashian is very British thanks to her bikini and tight pants selfies.

She wore a Sexy see through leather dress to a charity award last month, created in her Liverpool hotel room.

And she delighted fans in the summer by posting from her £1,900-a-week holiday in Portugal.
