“I’ll be out early for a 7/8/9 mile walk in the freezing cold, back for my first juice of the day, and an hour in the big hot salt water bath downstairs in the spa…
“I could spend all day in that giant pool chatting in the dim light. Then we went out for another 7/8 mile walk. Then juice at lunchtime. …and on. Absolute heaven.”
