Channing Tatum couldn’t hide her joy when she announced her children’s book was being adapted to the big screen.

The Hollywood actor was dressed to impress when he revealed the news that his book ‘The One and Only Sparkella’ will be made into an animated movie on Instagram.

The 42-year-old, now the father of 8-year-old daughter Everly with ex Jenna Dewan, was pictured wearing a purple, blue and green cardigan and knitted headband paired with a T-shirt white outside cream t-shirt.

Channing is also holding on to her new book ‘The One and Only Sparkella Makes A Plan’, which will be released on Tuesday, May 31.

He also posted a photo of a rainbow cardboard house with a Sparkella sign written on its front along with the characters from his children’s novel.

Sparkella, according to the book’s official website, “is a captivating tribute to self-respect and the love between a father and daughter”.

On the post, the actor wrote: “GENERAL TIME IS SHINING TIME!!! @sparkella will come to life with a live-action movie! It will be governed by @pamelaribonwho wrote some of my favorite cartoons.

“Before my next book, #Sparkella Planning, on shelves near you May 31, you can pick up a copy at Sparkella.com. Let’s GOOOOOOOOO! ”
