A mini-documentary series investigating the most shocking cases in contemporary Britain looks into the crimes and death of Brighton Cat Killer Steve Bouquet.

The former Royal Navy gunner launched his bloody campaign against the city’s cats for almost a year, leaving little evidence other than a trail of dead cats in the same square mile of Brighton.

By the time Bouquet was exposed by the owners of the hapless pets who found themselves at the end of his blade, so many of the town’s cats had been killed that his final conviction would make him the most prolific cat killer ever captured and convicted in the UK.
