Charlotte Crosby discusses how her body has changed during pregnancy

Charlotte Crosby has revealed the symptoms she endured while sharing the reality of being pregnant.

The former Geordie Shore star announced she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Jake Ankers last month.

But things didn’t go well for the reality TV star, who took to Instagram to share her struggles.

Posting a picture of her looking depressed, the 32-year-old gave her 7.8 million followers a ‘PREGNANCY UPDATE’.

She said: ‘HEARTBURN decided to POP UP this week and it looks like it’s still alive and well.

“On top of that, my illness has returned with vengeance,” followed by a sickly face emoji.

She continued: “Honestly, I conceded defeat with that part. I don’t want it gone now. I just accepted it.

“MY Miracles, my God didn’t even get me started.

“I felt so messed up and really exhausted. Mixing that with a hectic schedule and never being at home is just a recipe for disaster.”

Speaking of boyfriend Jake, Charlotte said: “Jake is truly the most caring and caring human being to ever walk the earth and without him this week, I would really fall apart.

“I KNOW THIS IS ALL DESERVED GUNNA!!!

“Having our little baba in our arms and starting a new chapter of family life just makes our hearts whole!

“But pregnancy can be a tough old journey right?!”

Asking her Instagram followers for advice, Charlotte wrote: “Please to any moms or moms-to-be concerned?!

“When will your illness end? The best for heartburn?!

“Did you go back to not being angry when the baby was born and starting to be kind and alive again to everyone around you?

“Has anyone else had a completely weird craving and only found that you never really knew what you imagined and wanted to eat?”

Fans were quick to comment below with tips, and some even shared their own experiences.

One said: “My illness lasted for 18 weeks and only stopped because I asked the doctor for a tablet to help because I had to accept defeat. Pregnancy is HARD and it’s not talked about enough x. “

Another wrote: “Welcome to motherhood! Your heartburn and morning sickness will probably go away, but the hormones will only be at their next level once the baby is born.

“You’ll never go back to ‘normal’, it’s totally worth it but tell Jake to hold on tight he’s on a trip.”

A third person told Charlotte she should buy some “Gaviscon of any kind” to help her relieve her heartburn.

The fan wrote: “Keep it in my bag, next to my bed… wherever I go, it takes me with it and it really works. That and the weird mints haha. ”
