Charlotte Dawson has slammed online users who claimed she faked her pregnancy to garner attention.

The reality TV star, 29, tragically revealed earlier in the week that she suffered a miscarriage after discovering she was pregnant on Mother’s Day.

She confirmed the heartbreaking news on her Instagram account, having previously said she was taking a break from social media following “some terrible news”.

Sharing son Noah with fiancé Matthew Sarsfield, Charlotte wrote on the platform on Easter Monday how the couple were “over the moon” to be pregnant again and hoped they would one day welcome a “rainbow baby” into the world soon.

During her message, she pleaded with nasty trolls to stop abusing her with messages about her parenting skills, and she has now had to take to Instagram again to clapping back at those who continue with the vile remarks.

Uploading a video to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday night, she told her 1.3million followers: “I had spent the weekend spending time with my family to have the best Easter.

“It’s just nice not to be on Instagram and just having a good time with family like in the normal world.”

She continued, “I still don’t feel 100%. I’m just absolutely exhausted, so tired and, you know, still in a bit of agony. Thank goodness it’s starting to wear off now, but yes.

“I obviously don’t appreciate some of the disgusting, horrific news that me and Matthew are receiving.

“I can’t even believe I have to defend myself like that. I’m in tears at the shit people are saying and that just topped it all off.”

She then revealed how trolls claimed she lied about being pregnant and shut down the comments entirely by withholding a positive result pregnancy test.

Charlotte continued: “So that’s one of my tests there that I would obviously keep forever.

“I can’t believe I actually have to prove I was pregnant. It’s so damn funny. What the hell is wrong with people?”

She hit out at those who think they can get away with disgusting comments, saying it’s not fair for people to say she suffers from attention.

She said she was brave enough to share her story, then shared a disgusting comment from a profile with no profile picture.

She added, “To the people who keep texting Michael, taking screenshots of my video saying she wasn’t even pregnant and just did it for attention, damn it!”

Finally, after a big sigh, she thanked those who had shared loving messages and said she was grateful for all the kind words that had been sent to her.

She ended her tirade by hitting the “idiot trolls” again.
