Chelsea in talks with Southampton over a permanent transfer for Armando Broja with Saints desperate to keep striker loanee

SOUTHAMPTON has been in talks with Chelsea over the possibility of signing Armando Broja permanently.
The 20-year-old striker has scored five times for the Saints this season in the Premier League since moving to Stamford Bridge on loan in the summer.
The 20-year-old striker was the star performer for Southampton when they put aside Brentford 4-1 last week.
Broja arrived on the South Coast on a season-long loan at the start of the campaign.
That was after he put pen to paper on a new five-year contract at Stamford Bridge.
Ralph Hasenhuttl has publicly admitted himself want to make that move a permanent move.
Chelsea have yet to make a decision on whether they will include the Albania international as part of their long-term plans.
But the Saints know that clubs will flock in the summer if Broja is available and interested in the deal.

Broja previously spent time on loan in the Netherlands at Vitesse Arnhem.
He scored five of 16 games in the Dutch top flight last term.
The player has 10 goals in 24 games for club and country this season.
