JOE COLE has told Romelu Lukaku to shake hands with Thomas Tuchel behind him to help Chelsea get back into title contention.
The Blues forward angered coach Tuchel earlier this month after revealing he was ‘unhappy’ at the club.
The Belgian was kicked off the team by his angry manager, earlier sorry to him and the fans and was reintroduced to the team.
Cole – the ambassador of the leading bookie Coral – said: “I have felt the disappointment of Lukaku. He had a good start to the season and then sank before getting injured.
“When you go to a new club as a big signing you want to start running and that didn’t happen with him.
“So I think the interview let him down because he wanted to do too well.
“Obviously it was bad advice but it was taken and he apologized.
“It’s all over now, the water is under the bridge, and he’s been looking good since coming back. He looks focused and ready to succeed.

“I think what happened off the pitch you can go to sleep right now because when he plays he looks so dedicated.
“He looks part of the team and he seems emotionally invested in the team.
“I think Tuchel handled it very well and it’s done. He will have a good second half of the season. ”
