Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is increasingly frustrated by the uncertainty surrounding the club.
The Blues are facing a £3billion takeover after being put up for sale by Roman Abramovich in the wake of the Russian invasion Ukraine. And that has left the Chelsea manager unable to make any plans for the summer and unsure about strengthening his squad in the transfer market.
It comes as Christian Pulisic’s father has opened up about the US international’s ‘sad’ situation at Stamford Bridge. and real Madrid dealt a transfer blow to the Blues in their pursuit leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans.

Madrid deal transfer hit
Real Madrid have reportedly dealt a transfer blow to Chelsea after entering the race to sign Leicester City’s Youri Tielemans.
The Belgium midfielder could move this summer as his contract at King Power Stadium expires at the end of next season. Chelsea are believed to be interested in signing Tielemans who could be available for around £33.6million.
But Madrid are now in the race for the midfielder’s signature, football.london reports, as they aim to beat the Blues and land the signing in the summer transfer window.
Pulisic’s “sad” situation
Christian Pulisic has a “big six months ahead of him” according to his father, amid speculation about the forward’s future.
The US international had a difficult season with Thomas Tuchel’s team and made 33 appearances in all competitions – 17 of them on the bench. He was on the bench again in Sunday’s 1-0 defeat evertoncame on in the 68th minute.
And Pulisic’s father Mark has now given an insight into the “sad” situation at Chelsea – things are, as he said, going “onward and upwards” for his son.
Tuchel’s takeover frustration
Thomas Tuchel is increasingly frustrated with his side’s disappointing form as reports say the club’s takeover is nearing completion.
American brokers Raine, hired to oversee the sale after the government imposed sanctions on Roman Abramovich, have opted for the consortium led by the US tycoon Todd Boehly as preferred bidder. But Tuchel is frustrated at not being able to plan for the summer as he threatens to lose both Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen when their contracts expire in the summer.
The Blues boss is also believed to be keen on signing a new striker following Romelu Lukaku’s struggles this season. It’s also believed that amid all the speculation about what’s happening to the club off the pitch, Tuchel is frustrated at his side’s slump in form.
