The boy who co-starred with Jim Carrey in the comedy Liar Liar is all grown up – and perhaps barely recognizable to big-screen fans.

Justin Cooper was just 8 years old when he played Max Reede in the 1997 classic, which was released on March 18 of that year, bringing him into the spotlight after appearing in a series of television shows. Figure.

The film sees him play the son of Jim’s character lawyer Fletcher Reede, 60, with Max inadvertently causing chaos when his birthday wish that his father won’t be able to tell any lies in a day come true.

The big-screen appearance comes after the child star, now 33, has appeared in a series of TV shows including 1993’s Full House, 1994’s The Boys Are Back, 1996’s General Hospital and Boy Meets World 1997.

After his scene-stealing role in Liar Liar, the child actor went on to appear in a number of other films and TV shows.

He appeared in and episode of The Magnificent Seven in 1998 – and played Dennis Mitchell in Dennis the Menace Strikes Again that same year.

He also appeared in The Adventures of Ragtime in 1998, played Oscar Waide on the television show Brother’s Keeper from 1998 to 1999, and played roles in the television shows All About Us and The Practice in 2001 and 2003 times. in turn.

But since then, Justin has stepped away from the camera and worked as an executive producer on FoxSports.

The humor star said the pair improvised a scene in which his character Fletcher stayed up all night solving a last-minute case.

The busy father is then shown surrounding his on-screen son, pretending to hide a birthday present.
