Chrissy Teigen’s kids are ‘thrilled’ about sibling opportunity after Star completes IVF

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are looking to expand their family, and their two children are said to be excited about the possibility of having a sibling.
Model Chrissy, 36, and her musician husband John, 43, have kept their two children – Luna, five, and Miles, three – up to date on their IVF treatment and the All of Me singer has opened up about how they think about it .
Speak with PEOPLEJohn said his kids “know we’re trying and they’re excited.”
However, he emphasized that the IVF process is not easy, adding: “There are many women and families who have fertility problems and I think no one should be ashamed of needing help sometimes.
“And I think Chrissy has done a good job of destigmatizing some of these things that so many people go through in silence.”

He continued, “Whether it’s IVF or other fertility struggles, whether it’s losing a pregnancy, I think we both feel like it’s good for us to share this with other people because other people are.” going through it too, we don’t think they should suffer in silence, not knowing that there are other people out there feeling the same.”
Speaking candidly about the process, John admits he hopes the couple will raise awareness about fertility issues.
The couple tragically suffered a miscarriage in September 2020 when Chrissy was 20 weeks pregnant. Shortly thereafter, she revealed the devastating news that she could no longer carry a child.
The model wrote an emotional Instagram post at the time, telling her fans the couple were “shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before.”
However, she did express her gratitude for her other two children, both of whom were conceived through IVF.

Chrissy admits she’s feeling better now that her IVF leg is complete, having previously revealed she underwent the egg retrieval process.
Also during a recent interview with ET, Chrissy touched on her sobriety after giving up alcohol last year.
She revealed she was 100 days sober in October and said that while she’s now “lost count” on her journey to sobriety, progress has made it easier to deal with events like this – as it’s closest to her day no longer be embarrassed.
