Thanks to a specially set up mailbox, children can now contact Santa Claus directly.
The post box, which will be installed at the DQ Terrace Bar and Cafe in Eastbourne, will separate North Pole letters from regular mail to ensure letters reach Santa in time for the big day.
After the children have sent their letters, they can also expect a reply to be sent home before Santa Clause leaves to deliver presents on Christmas Eve.
Margaret Bannister, Senior Member for Tourism and Culture at Eastbourne Borough Council, said: “We know how important it is for Santa to receive letters asking for gifts and wishes and that is why we have installed a special North Pole post box here year in the DQ Terrace Bar & Cafe in the Welcome Building.”
“Children can drop their letters to Santa in the mailbox and we’ll make sure they get to him in time for him to personally reply to each child by Christmas Eve.”
The mailbox will open on Monday 21st November and letters should be sent by Saturday 17th December with your name and home address to give Santa enough time to reply.
