Christ’s Hospital Pumpkin Contest (Aspen Righini-Nisbet, Christ’s Hospital)

This year, Christ’s Hospital hosted a pumpkin contest among the sixteen inns. The gourds were displayed in the dining room for the students to see and the result was distributed at the seniors’ tea. The outcome was decided by Mr. Walters, a member of the executive team, and Mr. Hawkins. There were many interesting designs including a Day of the Dead themed pumpkin shown in the photo above. One student, J. Young, said she found the event “climatic.”
