While CNN Plus already accelerated by the Lot90 Scale of Doomed Streaming Services in record time somehow managed to shorten its lifespan by another two days. Warner Bros. Discovery originally announced that the streaming video news service would close on April 30, but digital trends reports that subscribers have received an email confirming that the actual end date is April 28th.
That is confirmed by this support siteand it appears that subscriptions that started as early as March 28th are pending before CNN Plus launched the next day, do not run for more than a month and do not burden anyone a second time. This seems like something executives could have reviewed before announcing the end of CNN Plus, but these are unprecedented times.
The email and FAQ also explain that subscribers will be refunded the full amount of their subscription, but that after 28 films will no longer be available.”
A reminder that every streaming service is on the Go90 scale of doomed streaming services; The only question is where do you rank 0-90, with 90 being doomed
