Coleen Rooney looked like she was in “a world of her own” over the weekend as she relaxed at a girls’ night out at Westlife after her recent court win.
he and a group of friends were among the VIP attendees at the band’s gig at Wembley Stadium as the chart-topping Irish band made their sold-out debut at the sprawling UK venue.
Ms Rooney, 36, looked like she didn’t care about the world after the so-called “Wagatha Christie” ruling that saw fellow WAG fellow Rebekah Vardy lose her defamation case, according to the box. No wonder she seemed intimately familiar with all of Westlife’s hits, as they were also her wedding ring 14 years ago.
“She was in great shape and was clearly enjoying a chance for a good night out after all the drama of the past few weeks,” said one viewer.
Dressed in a summery playsuit and sandals, she even stayed at Wembley Stadium for the afterparty, where she posed for invite-only photos with Nicky Byrne, Mark Feehily and Shane Filan.
Other attendees included TV presenter Rylan Clarke, Laura Whitmore and band manager Louis Walsh.
Westlife performed at the Rooney wedding in 2008 and coincidentally, Shane Filan also performed at Rebekah’s wedding to Jamie Vardy in 2016.
Last year, in an interview on The Jonathan Ross Show, Filan revealed that it was in fact Coleen that she booked for her surprise wedding for Wayne, at an alleged cost of €450,000.
“We thought it was the other way around — we thought Coleen could be the fan,” he said.

“He came and sang with us. He sort of rapped it. It was just a small wedding, I think there were 70 people. It was the smallest gig we’ve ever done, but it was fun.”
No expense was spared for the couple’s 2008 wedding in Portofino, Italy. The main ceremony was held at the 16th-century Villa Durazzo, while the reception was held at La Cervara, a 700-year-old former abbey.
It’s been a tense few months for Coleen after finding herself at the center of one of the most high-profile celebrity trials in years.
She had accused Rebekah Vardy in a social media post of leaking private stories about her – sourced from her Instagram account – to The Sun. Ms Vardy then sued her for defamation, but in a ruling last month, Supreme Court Justice Ms Justice Karen Steyn found the allegation to be “essentially true”.
Judge Steyn also described Ms Rooney as “an honest and reliable witness”.
“She tried to answer the questions that were put to her without evasion and without giving the feeling that she was giving ready-made answers,” she added.
