Meanwhile, former Ireland U-20 Grand Slam winner Charlie Ryan has signed his first professional contract with Leinster.

Despite some hints the 23-year-old could leave Leinster, Ryan is set to be promoted to the senior side next season.

Leo Cullen’s side is still pending suspension but is expected to continue in the coming months.

Another Ireland Under-20 graduate, Liam Turner, has also signed a senior contract with Leinster.

The center has played six games for Leinster, while Turner (22) has also played for the Ireland Sevens and for Trinity in the Energia All-Ireland League. Connacht’s Tietie Tiumauga will join French club Colomiers at the end of the season
