Coronation Street could see four faces leave the famous street next week, with three characters set to leave the ITV show altogether
Coronation Street may lose four faces in the same week in upcoming episodes of the ITV drama, as one fan favorite leaves for good and another leaves, but it still seems to be. stay with the program.
There could also be two more exits, as one character is dying in very early sad scenes and another supporting character is unlikely to appear.
Emma Brooker is confirmed to be leaving the station after four years, after actress Alexandra Mardell left ITV sop earlier this year.
What is known is that her murder secret is linked to Jon’s newcomer, Ted’s grandfather, is finally exposed.
Whether Emma will evade the law or will even face jail remains to be seen, while her exit will air on Friday, April 8.
It is not yet known if she will get a happy ending after her love interest Jon suggested she move to Australia with him.
Once he finds out what happened to Ted, will he change his mind and possibly lead to trouble for Emma?
Either way, Jon is definitely leaving the show next week since Emma is gone, there’s really no reason for him to stay.
His exit is also being kept under wraps, but of course if Emma gets into trouble it’s likely he’ll stay a little longer, so that justice can be obtained.
Another fan favorite for taking off on the famous street is Fiz Brown, who packs her stuff and moves away from the pebbles for the first time since her 2001 debut.
Fiz doesn’t appear to be leaving the show entirely, and soon returns to her job at the factory, where she seems skeptical about her big move.
But if she stays with Phill, could a more permanent exit be possible for her?
Finally, it looks like Laura Neelan could tragically lose her life in next Friday’s episode, on April 8, following her battle with cancer.
While this is not confirmed with certainty, it seems to be the case that Gary Windass knows in this episode that she only has a few hours left to live.
He is then tasked with granting Laura his dying last wish to have one last hug with his daughter Kelly, who is refusing to see her.
When Gary begs Kelly to see her mother one last time before it’s too late, will she be there for Laura in her time of need?
It looks like Laura may sadly pass away in this episode, making her the fourth exit in the same week.
