Coronation Street’s Paddy Bever tells co-star ‘love you’ in sweet birthday wishes

Paddy Bever, who plays Max Turner on the ITV series, wished Kelly Neelan star Millie Gibson a happy birthday as she celebrated turning 18 over the weekend.

Coronation Road: Millie Gibson celebrates her birthday

Coronation Street star Paddy Bever told co-star Millie Gibson he “loved her little by little” as she celebrated her 18th birthday over the weekend.

The actress, who has played Kelly Neelan since 2019, was seen partying as she “finally” reached her big birthday.

Posting on Instagram, she shared a series of snaps of her party, which was attended by some of her Corrie co-stars.

She captioned the post: “I means last”, along with a smiley emoji.

Actor Max Turner Paddy can be seen enjoying the party and commenting “love you” on Millie’s post.

The 19-year-old also shared emotional pictures of the two on Instagram to wish her a happy birthday.

Millie can be seen with her head in hand, as she seems to have been caught by the giggles. He captioned the post: “@milliegibbo’s eighteenth anniversary.”

In the comments, Millie joked: “At least my background looks good.”

Paddy also shared a tribute to his co-star on his Instagram Story.

He posted a series of photos of the two of them together. One showed the two of them pouting for the camera, while another saw them dancing at Millie’s birthday celebration.

He captioned the post: “Happy birthday yung1. Finally an adult. I love you to every bit” (sic).

Millie looked stunning in a red pleated maxi dress, complete with a plunging neckline. She wore a matching pair of lace-up heels and completed the look with red lipstick.

She posed with a golden balloon with the words “Happy 18 Millie” written on it.

Millie stars on-screen guardian Mikey North, who plays Gary Windass, and on-screen adoptive father Charlie De Melo, who recently dropped the role of Imran Habeeb.

Colson Smith (Craig Tinker) and soap icon Jimmi Harkishin, aka Dev Alahan, also appeared at the celebration.

Tanisha Gorey, who plays Asha Alahan in the ITV soap and is one of Millie’s good friends, also had a sweet message for the birthday girl.

Tanisha posted a series of snaps of the couple together and wrote: “Happy 18th birthday to my baby girl @milliegibbo.

“You really have my heart and I’m always proud of you…my little love always.”

She ended her message by saying, “You make every day better and I love you so much, have the best day and I hope you’re spoiled.”

Millie’s birthday comes just weeks after she won her first major award, taking home best young artist at this year’s British Soap Awards.
