Alexandra explained, “It’s been a lot busier than I initially thought. I love it every time I get a new audition, the character review process and a part of what I have to do.
“It was really fun, I’ve always loved auditions in the past so it’s great to be back with it.”
Regarding her partner helping her, she continued: “I’m lucky with Joe because he’s also an actor, we already have our little system in place so we help each other out a little bit. .
“We always help each other,” what do you think of this? Should I try this? “So we’re lucky we have each other.”
On the wedding planning, she revealed: “Everything happens at the same time. I love it, it’s very me, everything at the same time.
“My plans are much more successful than Emma’s. Although we are still over a year away, so we are taking a bit of a step, but we are excited.”
Alexandra also revealed she didn’t initially intend to stay with the soap as long as she has, and that she was only given a six-month contract when she joined.
She told us: “My original contract was only six months. For me, that wasn’t long enough, I prayed I could stick around a little longer.”
