Corrie fans all say the same thing as they’re obsessed with the ‘pure’ Ken and Stu duo

Coronation Street fans loved the scenes between Ken Barlow and Stu Carpenter on Wednesday’s episode of ITV and were quick to predict that they would become very good friends.

Corrie: Stu Carpenter talking to Ken in a floral dress

Coronation Street fans have been anticipating a budding friendship between Ken Barlow and Stu Carpenter.

Wednesday’s episode of the ITV channel saw the duo share a few humorous moments after Ken let Stu stay overnight.

After being interrupted by Ken’s daughter Tracy in the bathroom, Stu regretted not locking the bathroom door and wearing Amy Barlow’s floral dress.

He convinces Ken to let him cook a lamb to make for Tracy, but she doesn’t hang around for breakfast.

Instead, Ken and Stu ate together and the Corrie audience loved their jokes – and their hair.

On Twitter, one person said: “Ken and Stu’s friendship is pure #Corrie.”

Another tweeted: “Ken and Stu are becoming my favorite duo #corrie.”

A third viewer wrote: “Stu and Ken. The old comedy duo we missed #Corrie.”

The fourth said, “I love Stu and Ken’s friendship #Corrie,” while the fifth added: “Ken and Stu’s friendship. #Corrie,” followed by a red heart emoji.

Other fans of the soap opera ITV were more delighted with the duo’s hair, with one piece writing: “Ken and Stu give me the hair of #Corrie envy.”

Another joked: “Ken and Stu’s friendship is based on the fact that they both have gorgeous #Corrie hair.”

And another tweeted: “90% of tonight’s feed is delicious Ken/Stu locks. #Corrie brilliant.”
