Coronation Street fans were left in a frenzy when the building chaos broke down Monday night when Hope Stape discovered what Fiz’s mother’s new boyfriend Phill Whittaker was hiding.

ITV has hinted that Fiz’s new man Phill, played by Jamie McKenna, may not be all he has after the pair leave the cobblestones.

Fiz fell in love with Phill, hoping for a fresh start after her messy breakup with Tyrone Dobbs – but the truth about his suspicious behavior finally came out.

When Hope borrowed Phill’s laptop, she was the one who discovered the truth when she noticed a folder called ‘STAPE’ on his desktop and, in true Hope style, got her revenge. .

Viewers later discovered the folder containing research material on the serial killer of Hope and his kidnapper father John Stape.

Phill heard the noise of the mini excavator in his driveway and ran around the house to see what was going on.

Phill was horrified to see Hope as she pulled a lever, the digger’s arm spinning and smashing the windshield of his car.

ITV viewers questioned how Hope was able to operate the complex machinery of a excavator.
