Coronation Street has had a dramatic week for soap fans, as Peter Barlow runs into legal trouble, while tensions between Abi Franklin and Imran Habeeb heat up.

Peter was caught when he attacked the character
Coronation Street airs scenes of violence next week on ITV, as Peter attacks Mr Thorne after discovering his recent behavior at the hospital.
The film begins after Aggie, played by Lorna Laidlaw, overhears her boss bragging that he rushed Peter’s operation to win a bet, ITV revelations reveal.
Peter was furious to learn that his life could be threatened by an arrogant surgeon, after he underwent a life-saving liver transplant last year after his alcoholism relapsed. .
He confronts the surgeon and vows to get revenge, but after demanding an apology, he quickly finds himself punching the character after Thorne doesn’t take it seriously.
Apparently Thorne has no remorse and no remorse, despite the danger he might put Peter in.
But Peter is soon arrested for the crime, and at the station, Peter is charged with assault – prompting his partner Carla to do what he can to convince Thorne to drop the charges.
Carla faced shock ‘sex proposal’
Carla faces a horrifying prospect when the fearsome hospital boss, Mr. Thorne, makes an immodest marriage proposal to her.
Carla decides she has to do something to help Peter and tries to work things out with Mr Thorne.
But she’s shocked when he later asks her out to dinner, in a move that apparently exploits Carla’s desperation to get Peter out of trouble for the fight.
Carla gives him her number on the condition that he will drop the charges against Peter.
In the following scenes on Coronation Street, Carla leaves her phone at home, and Peter is shocked to read a text from Mr Thorne, saying that he is looking forward to meeting Carla for dinner.
Peter was furious and the message made him more determined than ever that the surgeon would pay for what he did.
He decided he would do whatever it took to bring down Mr. Thorne.
But how far will Carla go to protect Peter?
George reveals his true health diagnosis
Next week, George Shuttleworth has another confession to his partner Eileen Grimshaw as he reveals the results of his health diagnosis.
Scenes that will air this week on ITV reveal another rumour, as Eileen thinks his stay has gone better than expected.
He’s about to admit that he’s been up all night to not snore and keep his partner awake.
But the new reveal for next week reveals even more backstory and the results of his medical diagnosis that he has yet to tell anyone.
George tells Eileen he has sleep apnea and shows her the mask provided by the doctor.
According to the NHS website, “Sleep apnea is when your breathing stops and starts while you sleep. The most common type is known as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).”
Abi exposes Ben and Imran’s setup and vows revenge
Coronation Street’s Abi will try to regain her power next week as ex Imran Habeeb continues to shut her down.
New ITV revelations reveal that Imran will reassure Toyah Battersby that Abi won’t be going to baby Alfie’s naming party, after Leanne suggested they throw one.
Abi got into a rage at Imran after he hired a private investigator named Ben to find any dirt he might have gotten on her for use in court.
After mistakenly believing she was back on drugs, Imran made it her mission to prevent her from gaining custody – with social services having questioned whether she would be able to care for her child. me or not, because of her past.
Apparently playing dirty, Ben takes pictures of drug dealer Dean trying to sell drugs to Abi – and although she turns him down – Ben tells Imran he is about to lie in court and says that Abi is trading or buying drugs in a shocking-upward drama.
During a tense exchange at Imran’s office, Abi tells him that once she proves that Ben is lying to her, she will cut Imran out of Alfie’s life once and for all.
She then films Ben as he buys some drugs, but Ben watches what she’s doing and confronts her.
However, Abi is strong-willed and gives Ben a choice: either he admits that Imran paid him to lie or she shares her video of him buying drugs with him. his master and the police.
But will Ben give in to Abi’s demands? And if he does, where does that put Imran in the custody battle for Alfie?
