Coronation Street’s Abi Webster will break down in agony next week as her drug use continues.
Abi – played by actress Sally Carman – will continue to use drugs this week when Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) throws her out after her one-night stand with Imran Habeeb (Charlie De Melo) was taken. out light.
But things get even worse next week, when Abi collapses in pain and anguish, with fans likely fearing the worst.
Last year, Abi tragically lost her son Seb Franklin after he was murdered by the evil villain Corey. She wanted to exact revenge on him, even threatening to shoot him dead – but justice was served in the correct manner and Corey was executed for her crimes.
Since then, Abi has continued to slowly move on with her loss and marries Kevin in sweet scenes. However, things will take a dark turn next week as Abi’s drug use continues to worsen.
On Sunday’s episode – which had been moved to that time slot to allow for football viewing on other days – Abi continued to order drugs, especially grappling with the reality of her son’s late birthday. Kevin is desperate to make things right with Abi and when he and his son Jack return home from their short vacation, he tells Debbie he’ll give it a try.
However, when he returned home and found Abi and Dean sitting on the sofa together, he sulked and kicked her out.
While Abi is in the bathroom, Dean steals the garage key and goes to get one of the engines. Fuming, she ran over and jumped in the passenger seat when she saw him revving up the gas.
She tried to get the key out of him but missed and soon they were both in the car, plunging down a country road. Abi was clearly in pain and when Dean stopped the car, she stepped out to lean on the side of the road, trying to ease her pain. To her horror, instead of helping, Dean jumped out of the car and sped off, leaving Abi alone.
Abi desperately reaches for her phone and starts calling 999 but her phone dies.
Spinning over what happened, Abi returns to No 13 but receives a cold welcome from Debbie, who assumes she must be drunk. When Tyrone discovers a customer’s stolen car, he believes Abi must have something to do with it after seeing her with a bag of alcohol.
Over the weekend, a panicked Tyrone called Abi and told her that if they couldn’t locate the car, the business would be dead, so she devised a plan. Meeting Dean at his lock, she lets him inspect the BMW before calling the police to report the car stolen.
However, Dean overhears her and he’s smoking – is Abi in danger and will she be fine?
Toyah worriedly called Abi’s phone, but was shocked to hear a paramedic on the other end of the line who said that Abi had been in an accident when Toyah ran to the hospital to be with her friend.
