Couple with noise warning about noisy sex sessions as neighbors complain

A couple who have sex “morning, noon and night” have been warned about noise after complaints from neighbors.

Lydia Barker, 31, and Billy Brown, 40, said their council housing provider told them it would “monitor the matter” after rebuking their behaviour.

The horny couple deny they made more than a few “moans and groans” and say the ominous warning “threw them off balance”.

Mother of a child Lydia tells The sun: “It’s not that I’m a screamer. I’ve never had a problem with noise.

“I wouldn’t call my sex sessions extreme…some moans and moans of course. We do it morning, noon and night, but not at anti-social times.”

Engineer Billy added: “The neighbors only have to put up with this for two minutes. What are you complaining about?”

The couple received a letter from the Stonewater housing company telling them they had been heard having sex.

Neighbors apparently find the noise “embarrassing and disturbing” and want them to keep it quiet.

Unemployed Lydia said she had no idea which of her neighbors in Castle Cary, Somerset, had complained about her frolicking.

She branded her complaint to the housing association “very extreme” and said they could have just stuck a note through the door.

The couple are now “very uncomfortable,” added Lydia.

David, 64, who lives in a camper van outside Lydia’s house, agreed the complaint went a step too far.

He comes to the house to bathe and eat, but says he hasn’t heard any suspicious noises.

Stonewater said: “Having considered this, the letter we sent to Mrs Barker about a very sensitive matter does not meet our usual high standards and we hope it has not caused any embarrassment or distress.

“We will continue to work with both Ms. Barker and her neighbors to help them live amicably alongside each other while respecting each other’s boundaries.”
