Eyewitnesses told local media that a white Ford F-250 pickup truck was traveling at high speed and hit a turning Scion tC sedan, with the sedan going off the road and hitting the Holla Mode food truck.
The white pickup then drove onto the sidewalk and into a nearby bike rack.
Police said the roads were not slippery or dangerous in any weather but it was just a “normal Friday night at the ATX”.
Mike Marut, a reporter with KVUEtweeted: “Speaking to a Chuy employee and manager who ran outside right after the incident, they told me they saw people trapped under the silver car.
