Good morning Red Devils fans
Ralf Rangnick has revealed that the dispute over whether Anthony Martial refused to be selected for Aston Villa has now been resolved.
The pair split everything over the weekend and Martial is now back in training after missing a few sessions ago.
But although things have gone well for Rangnick, the French winger is said to be intent on leaving Old Trafford – although he does not want to join another Prem team.
Newcastle, Sevilla and Juve are all interested in signing the 26-year-old, but Juve are unwilling to accommodate United’s transfer requests to complete the move.
When asked about Martial by Football Italia, the Juve director scoffed: “Not in those numbers, no. We won’t even discuss it at certain numbers. “
Meanwhile, although Rangnick looks set to lose Martial, the German can certainly count on Paul Pogba’s service until the end of the season.
Rangnick revealed that he has had a lengthy conversation with the midfielder, who has confirmed he will stay at the club until the end of the season.
And United fans may soon see the 28-year-old French talisman in action, as according to Rangnick, he will be fit in two weeks’ time.
Ultimately, the Reds will have to see off Brentford tomorrow without the help of Ronaldo, who did not travel with the team to London for the Prem game.
