Dancing On Ice couple Brianne Delcourt and Kevin Kilbane have revealed the unusual name of their newborn daughter.
Brianne, 41, gave birth to her second baby girl, born via C-section, on April 29 – and the new mother is ending her life with soccer husband, Kevin.
The happy couple confirmed the news with ALRIGHT Magazine as they said, “Our beautiful baby girl was born at 8:37 a.m. ET. We can’t wait to bring her home to see her sisters.”
Brianne and Kevin – who first met when they worked together on the 2019 series Dancing On Ice – have revealed that they have named their second daughter Keavy Anne.
Skating champion Brianne, who is already a proud mother to 5-year-old Gracie and 15-month-old Olivia, has shared the special meaning behind the unusual name given to her second daughter with Kevin – who set their sights on an Irish name for their baby girl.
“There’s very little I’m in charge of, let’s be honest,” Brianne said. ALRIGHT! Magazine when discussing her daughter’s special name.
“Keavy was apparently named after Kevin and Anne was also named after me. As soon as we saw her we knew she was definitely Keavy,” she added.
Meanwhile, Brianne’s husband Kevin admitted: “I want an Irish name with Irish spelling. Bri isn’t entirely against it, but she doesn’t want to make her child’s life more complicated than it needs to be.

“We were pretty stable with Emily Ava for over six months of her pregnancy and after the ultrasound, when we were still babies, Bri said she felt more Keavy. It was a joint decision but more than that of Bri. It’s a beautiful name and we’re happy with it. “
Although the proud parents spent special time with their daughters, things did not go smoothly.
After being forced to give birth to baby Keavy Anne via caesarean section, Brianne endured an extremely stressful few weeks as she continued to deal with the aftermath of the surgery.
Recalling the difficult birth, Brianne explained that she felt as though she was about to ‘go through labor’ because of the pain.
“Everything was going really well until right before the surgery. Kevin came in and all of a sudden I started sweating and started seeing stars. I looked at the doctor and said, ‘I’m going to pass out here. . ‘I will go.’
“But they give me whatever they give me and I’m happy, but the surgery really took the longest of my births. For the other two girls, it was a 30-minute procedure and then it went on. I could hear the crying, but for Keavy it was over an hour.
“I had a really bad feeling. My obstetrician kept saying, ‘It’s okay, she doesn’t want to come out!’
“And after an hour and 20 minutes, the doctor said, ‘You’re going to feel a lot of pressure because we have to get her out now.’ And then this pop. This was pretty horrible but blood spattered right in our faces and she came out but then we didn’t hear anything. I’m panicking at this stage and saying to Kevin, ‘OK, talk to me. What’s happening? ‘”
Brianne said she was so worried about her newborn not crying that she sent Kevin to check if he was breathing.
Thankfully, a short time later, the proud parents hear their daughter cry for the first time – and they can finally relax.
The couple announced their pregnancy again in November – just nine months after welcoming daughter Olivia.
At the time, proud dad Kevin took to social media to share the amazing news.
“We were super excited, but we knew it was going to be a crazy house,” he wrote.
“We’re going to have to modify it. Olivia and her new baby are only 15 months apart,” he added.
