The Vamps star Connor Ball required urgent treatment backstage after falling badly in a bad fall that saw his leg slashed by a blade during the live show of ITV’s Dancing On Ice

Connor Ball has treatment for nasty Dancing On Ice injuries
Connor Ball has told fans he has had treatment on his leg after suffering a nasty cut when he fell on the live show Dancing On Ice last Sunday.
The 25-year-old The Vamps star was caught by the blade of his dance partner Alexandra Schaumann as they fell to the ground during their pirate routine.
The musician received emergency treatment on his injured leg backstage on the ITV show and has updated his fans ahead of the show’s quarter-finals.
Connor has revealed he is still receiving extensive treatment on his leg to be fit to perform at the ice skating show this weekend.

He shared a short clip on his Instagram story of a doctor working on his affected leg, where the cuts still look very sore and painful.
As he receives specialist treatment, Connor added the caption to his doctor: “@sharonmorrisonuk heals me as always.”
After Sunday’s show, Connor shared a few snaps of his bleeding leg as medics tried to patch him up after the bad fall.
He warned fans about the nature of the photos, telling them: “Don’t swipe too far if you’re squeamish…”

Connor added: “What a crazy night, I really got into the whole pirate thing too much.
“Thanks for all the messages I really appreciate it. I’m absolutely disappointed with the routine, but so grateful that you guys went absolutely insane anyway and dialed me through. I can’t thank you guys enough!!
“Another accident that didn’t happen at all in training which makes it worse for me but I’ll put it in the past and get back into training as soon as possible!!”
He finished by thanking everyone who had helped him on the show, writing, “Big thanks to the entire team for bringing me together and supporting me through everything as always, it really means a lot. much love. x.”
