DANI Dyer, Jacqueline Jossa and Stacey Solomon helped fashion brand InTheStyle rake in £44 million in just one year.
Of the business The latest accounts show annual revenue more than doubling from £19 million in the year ended March 31, 2020 to £44 million on March 31, 2021.
And with 87% of sales coming from the brand’s celebrity collections, it’s thanks in large part to its most famous faces.
After the costs for items, admin and wages were settled, the company was left with a profit of £1,529,000 – a huge turnaround compared with a loss of £2,157,000 the year before.
Five directors of the business received a £1.25 million dividend, three of which have since resigned.
In reports submitted to Company House, the brand explains how it is diversifying in the face of challenges posed by Covid.
It reads: “The expansion into new categories such as activewear, developed in partnership with fitness influencer and personal trainer Courtney Black, and clothing for pregnant woman with current partner and influencer Dani Dyer helped develop the product offering to market which has continued to grow through further collaborations.”
It goes on to say, “Influencers are integral to the development and design of a company’s scope.”
Stacey Solomon, who signed a six-figure deal with the brand last April, returned to work from maternity leave yesterday and models her new line.
As with her famous colleagues, Stacey’s tears have so far been very popular, with products selling out almost instantly.
The brand also collaborated with Love Island’s Olivia Bowen and former Towie star Billie Faiers.
