Daniel Kinahan’s wife’s €1.13million four-bed luxury apartment in Dubai has been unearthed

This is the inside of a luxury apartment tower in Dubai where the Kinahan cartel WAG Caoimhe Robinson owns a €1.13 million plot.

A new leak reveals that Daniel Kinahan’s wife, Dubliner Caoimhe, is the registered owner of two elegant apartments in Dubai’s Marina area – both in one of the most expensive real estate areas in the world.

The properties include a one bedroom property in the Al Mesk Tower valued at an estimated €420,000 and a four bedroom apartment in the Elite Residence Tower.

Robinson, who was previously in a long-term relationship with slain mobster Michael “Micka” Kelly, married Kinahan in 2017 in a lavish ceremony attended by top international criminals in Dubai. Since then she has lived in the Gulf State.

Several four-bed apartments in the tower are currently listed on property websites, which estimate their annual rental income at around €70,000 per year.
The value of the property was estimated at 1.13 million euros in 2020.

According to real estate website Axcapital.ae, the Elite Residence Tower is an “ideal place for those who lead an upscale lifestyle”.

They write: “The Elite Residence consists of 91 floors and is an elegant skyscraper designed in a contemporary architectural style.

“Equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and facilities, the tower offers a comfortable stay for residents.

“High-speed elevators, 24-hour security system, ample parking, and fitness facilities are just a few of the Elite Residence’s perks. Sports facilities include a gym, tennis court, and two indoor pools.”

The building has an outdoor pool and two indoor pools, billiards and a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym.

The 3,178-square-foot property was registered in the name of Daniel Kinahan’s wife, Caoimhe Robinson, revealed in a 2020 leak to the Center for Advance Defense Studies published by Norwegian publication E24.

Robinson was also listed as the owner of a 1,184-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment in nearby Al Mesk Tower, which is estimated to be worth $500,000 in 2020.

The 40-storey tower’s facilities include a swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam rooms, BBQ facilities and a children’s playground.

Al Mesk is described by the real estate website Providentestate.com as one of the most luxurious places in Dubai.
“It consists of six residential towers named after popular gemstones and Arabic perfumes. Developed by Emaar Properties, the Al Mesk Tower is 185 meters high and has a total of 234 spacious apartments.”

Like all Kinahan-related properties in Dubai, Al Mesk Tower has its own private security guards.

Daniel Kinahan also owns an office on the 30th floor of the Jumeirah Bay X3 Tower which is valued at €328.00 in 2020.

The office was used by Ducashew General Trading LLC, which US authorities said was owned or controlled by Kinahan.

Ducashew also operated two offices on the 21st floor of Boulevard Plaza Tower 2, where the offices are selling for an average of €2.5 million each.

Other properties associated with the Kinahans include one on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah, listed by the US Treasury Department as Daniel Kinahan’s home.
A mansion in Saggart, Dublin was seized by CAB in April after Gardaí linked it to Kinahan.

While several properties associated with the Kinahans have been identified by authorities and data leaks, there are believed to be many more around the world that have yet to be identified.

UAE authorities have frozen Kinahan’s assets.
