David Tennant has given a mysterious answer to rumors that he could return to the role of The Doctor after Jodie Whittaker quit this year.
After becoming the first woman to play a Time Lord in the show’s history, she’ll come in style with an epic battle against The Master, The Daleks and The Cybermen.
But in a shocking new twist, Coral has put Doctor Who legend David Tennant, 51, as the number one favorite to become the next Doctor and replace Whittaker, who took over from Peter. Capaldi in 2017.

The Scottish actor, who plays the Tenth Doctor under Russell, has now responded to rumors of his impending return during an appearance at German Comic-Con in Dortmund this week.
The Comic-Con host told David he had “heard something” a “little bird” said to him, increasing the likelihood of a return to the hit sci-fi show. BBC.

He continued: “The thing is, I’ve been asked one version of this question for the past 20 years.
“Through bitter experience, I’ve learned that even answering it doesn’t help. Because anything I say will be rotated by anyone who wants to hear it.
“It doesn’t help me denying it, it doesn’t help when I confirm it.
“Whatever I say becomes whatever the Internet wants.”
He added after a pause: “That would be a pretty weird idea. It’s not something you necessarily expect from Doctor Who. I won’t try to give more than that – what’s the point?! ”

This comes after David’s wife Georgia Tennant told the Mirror she flirted with her husband David by watching him at Hamlet 27 times when they first started dating.
