Roberto De Zerbi said he was happy for all his players after the 3-3 draw at Anfield.
The head coach admitted he was “very tired” after a first week of work with Albion.
Leandro Trossard completed his hat-trick after Liverpool took the lead through an unfortunate Adam Webster own goal.
De Zerbi said: “I’m happy for Webster because he had a great game, he and (Lewis) dunk.
“(Solly) March has evolved from a striker to a full-back.
“(Moises) Caicedo and (Alexis) Mac Allister grew as the game progressed.
“(Danny) Welbeck fought for every ball.
“(Pascal) Gross made a good game for me too.
“He came out because he worked so hard.
“I’m satisfied with all the players.”
De Zerbi made just one lineup change from the last XI sent by Graham Potter, Pervis Estupinan replacing the ailing Enock Mwepu.
