Deborra-Lee Furness responds to radio hosts who hint at chatting about recent split from Hugh Jackman

It doesn’t look like Hugh Jackman’s estranged wife Deborra-Lee Furness is willing to discuss her split from the “X-Men” actor in detail.

The couple recently announced that they were ending their marriage after 27 years.

On Tuesday, Australian radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O. Henderson accidentally called her out during a live episode of “The Kyle & Jackie O Show” and seemingly expressed sympathy for Furness and Jackman’s split without specifically addressing it.

“We actually called you by mistake, that’s ridiculous,” Sandilands told Furness. according to Daily Mail. “Seriously, there’s no mix-up.”

Expressing remorse over the mistake, he added: “We weren’t actually planning on calling you. But now that you’re here, we won’t go into that any further. We love you, we hope you’re well.”

The “Blessed” actor didn’t seem bothered by the unexpected call from the hosts.

“Thank you guys, I really appreciate it. You’re really cute,” Furness said to Sandilands and Henderson.

“I just feel like it’s too soon,” Sandilands added, subtly referencing her past relationship with Jackman. “I don’t want to get involved in anything. But we love you and you call us if you want to chat.”

She then reportedly thanked them again before ending the conversation.

Jackman, 54, and Furness, 67, met in 1995 while filming the TV series “Correlli.” the knot tied after just 11 months of dating.

The former couple shared by two children together: Oscar, 23, and Ava, 18.

Days later, Jackman reportedly gave a brief response to the breakup, calling it “a difficult time” to the New York Post.

A source close to the couple told Page Six that there appears to have been a sudden split “It will take a long time” and the couple’s friends and family were the first to know.

Another insider also told the outlet that Jackman and Furness have been speaking “pretty regularly” since things ended.

The source added that they will “always be friends and get through this together,” and continued, “You just can’t be married for 27 years, have two kids and suddenly stop talking.”

A A separate source reportedly assured Us Weekly reported that the exes are still on good terms despite their split. They reached a point “where they were more like best friends.”
