We’re getting closer to the release date of Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles on Switch. Based on the hugely popular anime and manga series, the upcoming fighting game follows the show’s story from Unwavering Resolve Arc to the Mugen Train movie.
We know the game will get some DLC once the game comes out, but we now know how much space we’ll need to free up on our SD cards when the base game launches on June 10th. The Nintendo UK eShop listing found you need 8.9GB Space to play that demon beating her up.
That’s not a bad number for a 3D fighter, but it’s surprising how much bigger it is. Super Mario Odyssey only needs one 5.6GB-shaped hole to fit in, while the recently released Kirby and the Forgotten Land is a tiny bit larger 5.8GB. Then there are other fighting games like ARMS, which is a pretty small game that comes with a small 2.2GB install size. It’s much closer to Arc System Works’ Dragon Ball FighterZ 9.9GB though, so it’s not an uncommon number.
