DENISE Van Outen’s ex Eddie Boxshall got to see their relationship end for the first time after she found out he was having sex on the phone and dating other women.
Eddie looked disappointed after the singer and actress reportedly left the house where they were regularly seen on Channel 4’s Gogglebox Celebrities.
Without a smile, Eddie lowered his head to leave an apartment in Braintree, Essex.
It was ten miles away from the house he once shared with Denise, who had been left behind heartbroken at his betrayal.
Meanwhile, Denise flashed a wry smile as she exited the Royal Albert Hall and into a chauffeur-driven car after filming a TV show.
Denise broke down planning to get married this year to Eddie.
But she asked him to leave their house after finding out he was exchange rough texts and calls with women he meets online and connect with another person for secret dating.
A source revealed to The Sun Denise, the mother of daughter Betsy, 11, after her marriage to Lee Mead, cannot see a future with Eddie, who has two grown children from a previous relationship. .
Eddie is said to be desperate to win her back.
Denise first began to suspect Eddie, 47, of possibly being unfaithful when industry rumors began circulating about him being close to other women. After being questioned by The Sun about the allegations, she confronted him and was shocked to learn of his entire behavior.
A source close to the couple, who have been together for seven years, said: “Denise is both angry and heartbroken.
“She thinks this is forever. But while she was at work, he was sitting in the house betraying her trust. “
They continued: “Their families are very close, and they are very good with each other’s children. But the trust was completely broken and she found no way back to their relationship.
“Eddie has moved out with a friend nearby and he admitted some of it after being pushed for some answers. But Denise is still determined to move on with her life.
“She’s angry and upset but she’s always working hard to support herself and stand on her own two feet, so that’s something she’s determined to do again.”
Denise asked Eddie – father of son Jordan, 25, and daughter Leah, 22 – to move out of their Essex home two months ago.
Her spokesperson said: “Understandably Denise is saddened by the news, but she remains optimistic about the future. Her priority is taking care of her daughter and continuing to work on the many interesting projects she has this year. ”
Stage artist Denise was originally a stage actress before starring in small roles in television series including The Bill. But it was her work as co-host of Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast with Johnny Vaughan since 1997 that made her famous. She also has a high profile relationship with Jamiroquai’s upbeat rock musician Jay Kay of fame.
Denise went on to take on major musical roles in the West End and on Broadway, including a lead role in Chicago. She has also appeared as a judge on talent competitions including Any Dream Will Do – where she will meet her first husband Lee – and Born to Shine.
More recently, she has been the narrator of The Only Way Is Essex since its debut in 2010, and also acted as a contestant on reality shows including Seriously, Dancing On Ice and The Masked Singer. .
