It’s almost time for the latest raid destiny 2′s recent expansion, The Witch Queen. The Vow of the Disciple raid will go live tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. There’s a new trailer that gives a taste of what Guardians can expect, but with a jubilant tone as there’s a special 24-hour Competitive Mode opportunity and a World First race.
If you thought you’d uncovered many dark secrets in Savathûn’s Throne World, well here’s another one for your next challenge. You must enter the pyramid ship that you will find there in the swamps and see what awaits you and your team.
The anticipated raid will be accompanied by a special World First racing competition. With a live stream starting when the raid goes live, the first team to complete it will earn special title belts. Yet anyone who completes the disciple’s vow in the first 24 hours can go home with some rewards.
Any team can face the raid, which runs in competitive mode for the first 24 hours. Those who complete the raid in those first 24 hours will unlock the ability to purchase special raid items through Bungie Rewards.
Bungie has also issued a stern warning against attempting to play on Steam Deck. Because Destiny 2 “offers both PvE and PvP combat in an evolving, dynamic world. Maintaining the integrity of our security is a complex and long-term process,” Bungie said in its statement on its decision. This is out of concern that some platforms “might provide malicious actors with ways to compromise our own Bungie-developed anti-cheat security systems” and warns that anyone attempting to log in through Steam Deck “will prompt our automated security systems to do so.” will view its use as a potential threat to the community”
