Professional dancer Dianne Buswell has vowed to change her hair color if she takes home the glitter trophy this year.
The Australian-born dancer, who is dating former serious partner Joe Sugg, has promised to change her signature red padlock if she wins BBC One’s dance competition.
The 33-year-old man told Hello! magazine: “If I win Seriously, I’ll change color completely. I dyed my hair burgundy eight years ago and it’s even brighter.
“I love the energy color it gives and how it makes me feel. I used to have black hair and wear a lot of black because I was too shy to put on anything else.
“Deep down, I love color but am afraid to wear it. But when I found my inner confidence, I really went for it. “
The new series of Serious will see 15 celebrity contestants, including TV presenter Helen Skelton, EastEnders actor James Bye and singer Fleur East, paired with professional dancers.
As preparations for the show’s September 17 premiere are underway, Buswell said: “I love this time of year. The squad is awesome.
“But all the dancers were playing a guessing game of who we thought we would get. We really didn’t know until we were paired on the show. “
Buswell’s former dance partners include Rev Richard Coles and The Wanted singer Max George, as well as the 30-year-old social media influencer, suggests.
The 2018 finalist couple bought a home together last year.

Speaking of their passion for gardening, she said: “It’s our pride and joy, I’m obsessed with it.
“I never thought I would get so much joy from growing my own vegetables for my summer salad. Now I’m thinking about what to plant for the winter soup.”
The dancer, who was a bridesmaid at her colleague Amy Dowden’s wedding, added that the couple have no plans to get married.
“I don’t think too much about the future. I just go with the flow,” she said.
