Disney+ confirms new exclusive shows & movies coming to UK & Ireland in 2022/23

Get your popcorn ready as Disney+ has announced an epic lineup of exclusive new series and movies that will launch in the UK and Ireland in 2022-23.

Titles include the psychological thriller The Patient starring Steve Carell and Domhnall Gleeson, Fleishman starring in Trouble starring Jesse Eisenberg, Lizzy Caplan, Claire Danes and Adam Brody; and Welcome to Chippendales starring Kumail Nanjiani, all of which will be available to stream.

And that’s not all! The much-anticipated football docuseries Welcome to Wrexham, Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds, is coming to Disney+ on August 25 with more exclusive series showing over the next 12 months, including Mike from the team behind the hit films I, Tonya, The Old Man starring Jeff Bridges and John Lithgow, and Limitless starring Chris Hemsworth.

Also joining the lineup for the next 12 months are original UK productions including Wedding Season, Extraordinary and the Save Our Squad docuseries. Also, new seasons of American Horror Story (Part 2) and Booking Dogs (Season 2) are coming.

New movies coming out this year include action thriller The Princess starring Joey King on July 1, satirical comedy Not Okay on July 29, Prey, a brand new entry in the series movies Predator on August 5 and Rosaline starring Kaitlyn Dever later this year .

The standard price for a Disney+ subscription is £7.99 per month or £79.90 for – but there are other ways you can spend less if you’re thinking of subscribing to the platform.
