Dolce & Gabbana will stop using real fur in their collections & switch to eco-friendly faux fur

Dolce Gabbana company decided to remove fur from their future fashion collections.
Notice, through ETCanadashared that the fashion house won’t make any real fur garments in the future, instead switching to eco-friendly faux fur production.
Dolce & Gabbana is the latest fashion house to join the movement and adhere to the principles set forth by the Fur Free Alliance, a network of animal rights groups around the world. Others include Armani, Gucci, Prada and Moncler.
“Dolce & Gabbana is working towards a more sustainable future without using animal hair.” Fedele UsaiDolce & Gabbana’s marketing and communications officer, said in a statement.
PJ Smithdirector of fashion policy for the Humane Society of America and the Humane Society of America, said that “ending the use of fur will create a higher standard of what is acceptable in fashion. .”
