Doomfist and Orisa are getting significant overhauls in Overwatch 2, and two other heroes are getting changes

Orissa her Protective Barrier, Halt, and Supercharger abilities have been removed. Fortify now gains 125 temporary health, is slowed by 25% while active, and reduces heat generated by firing by 50% while active. Augmented Fusion Driver now fires large projectiles that start out big and then shrink, and it uses a thermal mechanic instead of ammo/reloading. She can now use a new ability called Energy Spear, which can stun and knock back an enemy when used, and is more effective when an enemy hits the wall. She also has a new ability called Javelin Spin that can destroy projectiles, push enemies back and increase forward speed. Her new ultimate ability, Terra Surge, allows her to sweep and anchor enemies, gaining the effect of Fortify and charging up a wave of damage. They use primary fire to trigger the surge early.


As for doom fist, his transformation is the most notable as he will switch from a damage hero to a tank and lose his Uppercut ability.
