Drag Race UK star Cheddar Gorgeous performs in Brighton
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK star Cheddar Gorgeous is set to make her debut at an LGBTQ+ nightclub in Brighton.
Club Revenge at Old Steine will welcome Manchester’s drag queen to a show that promises to bring Cheddar’s signature alien style to the stage.
Fans of the BBC show star can also meet the drag queen.
Cheddar Gorgeous wowed judges on the show’s latest series, particularly with her Queen Elizabeth I impression and a catwalk look inspired by the 1980s Silence=Death Project, which raised awareness of the AIDS crisis.
Cheddar, real name Michael Atkins, is one of two front runners in the current series of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, tied on points with contestant Danny Beard on three wins each.
Brighton drag queen Pixie Polite is among the last five contestants on the show, with one win in the competition so far.
Tickets for the February 4th event are available from Revenge’s website from £12.
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK will next air at 10pm on BBC Three where the remaining contestants will face off in a reality TV themed acting challenge.
