Drake said he was “really devastated” after being forced to postpone a show with Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj because he tested positive for Covid-19.
The Canadian rapper apologized for letting fans down and said the show will be rescheduled to “the earliest possible date”.
Founded by rapper Wayne, Young Money Entertainment represents artists such as Minaj and Mack Maine.
Alongside Drake, the label formerly represented DJ Khalid.
Drake, real name Aubrey Graham, was scheduled to perform for the reunion show scheduled for Monday at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto.
“I am truly devastated to say that I have tested positive for Covid and the Young Money reunion show scheduled for tonight is being rescheduled to the ASAP date,” he wrote on Instagram.
“I will update the city and share the new date whenever we lockdown.
“Until then, I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy and I love you all. I’m so sorry I let you down on our weekend together and the moment I test negative I’ll give you everything I have on stage (besides the Covid).
The Young Money Show was part of World Weekend in October.
