Drake issued a restraining order against a woman who threatened to break into his home

Drake was awarded a three-year restraining order against a woman who threatened to break into his home.

The U.S. judge issued the order Tuesday after attorneys argued that Mesha Collins had engaged in behavior “consistent” with her “prior pattern” of using civil processes and procedures to gain access to the rapper.

According to documents obtained by the PA news agency, Collins was given “timely and proper notice” of the hearing but did not appear.

Drake, real name Aubrey Graham, was also absent but was represented virtually by his attorneys Stanton Lawrence Stein and Ashley Yeargan.

The legal documents revealed that Collins had also threatened last month that he would “get back into[Drake’s]house” if he didn’t buy her “a brand new house and car” for her birthday.

Collins is said to have previously made threats against Drake and his son.

The restraining order, which instructs Collins to stay at least 100 yards from the rapper at all times, expires on April 11, 2025.
